WHO IS RGCOX?

Since 2004 Richard Cox has developed a highly successful track record in the design and delivery of accredited leadership and management programmes. He is particularly renowned for adapting styles to suit different, often unusual training circumstances.

His style is one of facilitator, rapidly developing a rapport with his learners, generating energetic, amusing and lively debate resulting in delegates drawing on their own experience as part of a challenging learning experience.

Throughout this career he has trained and coached people at all levels and draws on this experience when delivering courses in leadership and teambuilding, problem solving and change management, communication and customer service amongst many others

Richard has many years international experience in operational and senior management within the hospitality industry in London, Bahrain, Jordan, Munich, Glasgow and Edinburgh.
